Abstract
Public school district to provide transportation services to entitled students attending public schools and approved nonpublic schools. An elementary level student is entitled if the student lives more than two miles from school. A high school level student is entitled if the student lives more than three miles from school. A district may transport students not entitled and may charge a fee for that service.
