Abstract
The Office Procedures Handbook has been written in response to questions asked by Highway Commission secretaries. We hope it will save you time and effort by serving as a handy reference. Some of the topics included are general; others are related specifically to Highway Commission work. Of course, all your questions probably are not answered here. However, as you learn the answers to other questions, you can insert extra pages in the handbook. You will also want to add or note any changes which occur in personnel policies and other topics which affect your work.
