Abstract
This report is divided into three parts. Part 1 presents field test data of the test and control sections, with some performance evaluation. Part 2 presents a major portion of the laboratory evaluations of the untreated and treated soils of each test section. Part 3 presents an overall discussion and summary of results, to date.
