Abstract
Pikes Peak/Point Ann State Park is situated on the crest of Marquette's "mountains" nearly 500 feet above the confluence of the Wisconsin and Mississippi Rivers and the islands that Marquette observed. The ineffable beauty of the area remains, perhaps enhanced by the perspective from the bluff.
