Abstract
With in the pages of this booklet you will find some hint of the beauty, some indication of the historical. Heritage left by the pioneers who were first drawn to this " land between two rivers ." Much of our landscape has undergone the inevitable changes brought about by time , yet you will still find here the spirit of the past, as well as the confidence of the future which led the Indian and the white man to bestow on Iowa its ancient name- "Beautiful Land."
