Abstract
In the spring of 1973, the Executive Board of the Iowa Industrial Education Association held a series of meetings with Iowa State Committee on Industrial Arts Teacher Education for the purpose of charting a joint effort to improve industrial arts programs in the state. As a result of these meetings a project proposal was drafted and submitted to the Career Education Division of the State Department of Public Instruction.
