Abstract
The City of Waverly retained Johnson, Brickell, Mulcahy and Associates, Inc., to prepare an Airport Development Plan for the Waverly Municipal Airport. A grant-in-aid was obtained from the Iowa Department of Transportation to carry out a Scope of Work designed to address the extent, cost, feasibility, and schedule of future airport facility needs. The primary goal of the Airport Development Plan was to identify future airport facility improvements which would satisfy aviation demand in a feasible and prudent manner.
