Abstract

This report concerning the administrative organization and procedures of their city government and the characteristics of their trade territory. The first part has been the responsibility of the Institute of Public Affairs and the second part, of the Bureau of Business and Economic Research. While each agency has had considerable experience in the making of surveys and the preparation of reports, it is the first time that they have had a chance to work together in the same community.
