Abstract
This report is the executive summary the findings and recommendations of the Community College Funding Formula Task Force. This report provides a set of guiding principles of state aid to the community colleges; briefly summarizes the history, mission, programs, and services provided by the community colleges; identifies major funding issues; and recommends a funding formula and a future course of action. This report also details a specific set of funding formula recommendations.
