Abstract
Iowa Department of Transportation, MIDAS (Mid Iowa Development Association) is preparing a Regional Transit Development Program (TOP) to begin planning to increase coordination of services and reduce duplication. This plan, upon completion will show a continuity of service within the community by identifying all transit operations, the needs that each system meets, and the extent of coordination among transit services. All projects intended for UMTA funding must be included in the transit plan.
