Abstract
The Annual Update of the Transportation Improvement Program for the Waterloo Transportation Study has been prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations of the September 17, 19 7 5, Federal Register. The program, which was initiated on July 1, 1976, included long-range highway improvements and short-range highway and transit improvements. The short-range transportation improvements were identified in the Transportation Systems Management element of the program. The updated Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is similar in format to the original TIP. The program includes a listing of the Technical Committee and Policy Board members, the Updated Project Priorities, the 199 0 Transportation Plan, 1978-1982 Highway Programs with 1977 Accomplishments, and the 1978-1982 Transportation Systems Management Element.
