Abstract
The purpose of this directive is to reaffirm to the employees of the Iowa State Highway Commission that there shall continue to be appointments, promotions, assignments, training and performance evaluation on the basis of merit and fitness without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, or political affiliation.
