Abstract
These programs are designed to meet state and regional economic needs of both the workforce and businesses. Annually, student cohorts are established for research into education outcomes where students are followed into further education, training or employment. These outcomes inform students about wages and employment options, businesses with skilled worker supply and educators in program development and improvement.
