Abstract
At its September 2006 meeting, the Board modified its approach for higher education funding through policy changes for spending plans, funding plans, and tuition; and requested a significant increase in FY 2008 state appropriations. Based on funding actions of the legislature, these tuition levels may be adjusted subsequent to the 2007 legislative session.
