Abstract
The purpose of the report on Highway Research Apparatus is to assist in establishing a dun of common knowledge on the part of investigators of similar problems. The intention is not to set forth the advantages or disadvantages of the various devices not to give the degree of success attain in their use, but rather to describe only the principle and construction of each device and the purpose for which it was designed. For seekers after additional information the names of the organization and individuals who have has experience with the various devices and instruments are given,
