Abstract
Dispatchers and office personnel at Cy-Ride have noticed an increase in the number of inquiries from the public regarding service to the Des Moines International Airport. Various services have been offered, but none have been successful in attracting enough riders to make an Ames - Des Moines Airport service economically viable. This feasibility study was to help the transportation department determine if a shuttle services were needed.
