Abstract
This manual has been compiled for the purpose of giving the inspector a more uniform method of inspecting the production of precast-prestressed concrete products. Since this manual is written by inspectors, it is intended to supplement but not replace the Iowa Standard Specifications. It is not the intention to deviate from the development and use of equal or more adequate methods which may be developed and used in other plants.
