Abstract
Iowa State Highway Commission authorized the preparation of a preliminary feasibility report for a possible new toll crossing in the Sabula-Savanna area. This report is one of several comparable bridge studies to be conducted as part of the Iowa Toll Bridge Program, in accordance with legislation enacted by the Iowa General Assembly, a copy of which is included in the Appendix. The various locations, along the Mississippi River, to be studied under this program.
