Abstract
The Data obtained in the Ottumwa urban area traffic survey are difficult to view and to comprehend in a body. Part of the difficulty may be solved through analysis of separable portions of the data and the condensation of the data for each of these portions. In the end, however, it become necessary to combine these summaries for a knowledge of the inter-relationships of the several groups of the data. It is the function of Part I of this report to accomplish that purpose. This will be done through reviews of the salient features of the report. As a consequence, a general view of the whole report may be had from a perusal of the part of the report.
