Abstract
This highway program was accepted by the 53rd General Assembly. With relatively few modifications, all but one of the bills recommended by the Highway Investigation Committee to implement this program. The highway fund is derived from property taxes are expended only on secondary roads, road use tax fund are expended in part on primary roads and in part on secondary roads.
