Abstract

This is a guide for teachers in home economics in the schools who are teaching the students about human development and the family This guide develops six basic concepts: self realization, values as directives of behavior, the socialization process, development of the individual, family functions and the dynamics of society as related to the growth of individuals throughout the life cycle.
