Abstract
Acknowledgment report of the receipt of the resolutions from the legislature requesting an attorney general opinion as to what legislation is necessary in order to do justice to the state, and all parties, interested in trust to in the lands granted to the state by Congress in trust for the improvement of the Des Moines River to aid in the construction of railroads in the state.
