Abstract
The Road Use Tax Fund is made up of three different sources of revenue. These are Motor Fuel Tax, Registration Fees, and Use Tax. The receipts remaining in the fund after collection expenses, administrative costs and certain "off the top" allocations are made is the Road Use Tax Fund. These remaining receipts are then distributed to the various governmental agencies.
