Abstract
Iowa Department of Transportation, Research and Analytics Bureau, has updated this Guide to help researchers and contractors of the Iowa DOT attain compliance with Federal and Iowa DOT Public Access Policies for transportation-related research publications and datasets. This guide provides direction for filling out the data management plan template (also attached to this record) that will help satisfy Iowa DOT and U.S. DOT requirements.
