Abstract
This year’s report begins with a brief summary of weather events, Iowa’s land characteristics, and several survey summaries for insects, diseases, and invasive plants that have the potential to impact the health of Iowa’s forests. The 2019 Forest Health Highlights will focus first on the Forest Service’s Major Forest Pest List (Page 6) and then cover the additional damaging agents that DNR surveyed
