Abstract
The Enhancement and Consolidation of Economic Development Service Delivery Interim Study Committee was established by the Legislative Council to "examine the responsibilities and effectiveness of the councils of governments, the regional economic development centers, the small business development centers, and other programs administered by the regents, community colleges, and the Department of Economic Development to evaluate their effectiveness and potential overlap of services.
