Abstract

The Rural Clean Water Program (RCWP) and the state "208" plans are important issues to agricultural production, resource conservation, environmental quality and the related research. The RCWP provides a framework for implementing the program and for use of the associated funding identified in the 1977 Amendments of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, Section 208-J.
