Abstract
The status of instruction in mathematics in the 614 approved four year public high school districts of Iowa, an attempt has been made in this booklet to give as complete a picture as the data available in the State Department will allow. Most of these data were obtained from a compilation of answers to a mathematics questionnaire sent to every public high school in Iowa.
