Abstract

The Contemporary Public Affairs Discussion Program is a project in which the Institute of Public Affairs of The University of Iowa offers to groups of concerned Iowans materials for use in informed discussion of state and national issues of importance. The materials are intended to inform, not direct, participants. The Institute and the University have no positions on any subject for which materials are provided.
