Abstract
The Integrated Testing Services (ITS) program administered 10,458 HIV tests across 12 participating agencies in 2023. This represents an increase in testing of 4% from 2022, and is 9% higher than the five-year average of 9,574 tests per year. The rate of people newly diagnosed with HIV in ITS settings decreased in 2023 resulting in a 0.18% positivity rate, lower than the five year positivity rate of 0.24%.
