Abstract
These instructions will facilitate the 2023-2024 school data entry for the “Mandatory Blood Lead Testing”, known as school-lead data match. According to Chapter 67, Iowa Administrative Code 641, schools are required to report the enrollment of children starting kindergarten each school year to the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
