Abstract
The Iowa Department of Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) was granted funds to construct and deploy broadband infrastructure that reliably meets or exceeds symmetrical download and upload speeds of 100/100 or 100/20 (if this can be scalable to 100/100 in the future). This report covers the period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
