Abstract
The overarching purpose of this project was to conduct research to improve the effectiveness and cost efficiency of secondary school programs in rural Iowa for students at risk of school failure or at risk of limiting their life options due to undereducation. Rural middle/junior high and high school programs were chosen for this study.
