Abstract
The Annual Planning Report is designed to provide historical, current and outlook information for planners in developing programs and training plans in the forthcoming fiscal years. This report contains information about employment, unemployment, and occupational trends. It also includes projections of the number, of poor, economically disadvantaged, underutilized persons and a description of the characteristics of those who may be in need of manpower services. This report also contains a more detailed description of the population, labor force and unemployed.
