Abstract
This report is to examine and recommend structures to encourage economic growth and development in rural Iowa, including but not limited to agriculture and family farm development and a rural small business transfer program, other mechanisms to maintain established businesses and industry, and mechanisms to develop new industries and entrepreneurial initiatives in rural areas.
