Abstract
The Iowa Department of Public Health Immunization Program releases school and child care immunization audit reports. Local Public Health Agencies conduct audits of immunization records for students enrolled in licensed child care centers and public, private and parochial students in kindergarten through 12th grade each year. Assessments are conducted to ensure attendees receive required immunizations and have a valid Iowa Department of Public Health Certificate of Immunization, Certificate of Immunization Exemption, or Provisional Certificate of Immunization.
