Abstract
In spring 2019, the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) secured the research services of the University of Northern Iowa Center for Social and Behavioral Research (CSBR) to assist in the design and implementation of a statewide survey of young adults in Iowa. The questionnaire was designed in consultation with IDPH staff, and CSBR worked to design a two phased project to test the most effective design factors to maximize efficiency and productivity. This report includes the detailed methodology and the raw response frequencies from the full dataset. A full analysis and report of the findings is planned for a future report.
