Abstract
In partnership with public health service providers and community based medical providers, an active referral system was developed to link people interested in PrEP to specialized navigation services. These services include PrEP education and counseling, benefits investigation and enrollment support, and referral to/enrollment in community and telemedical PrEP programs.
