Abstract
This is the State Fiscal Year 2014 Annual Report for the Healthy And Well Kids in Iowa (hawk-i program. Because of the Accountable Care Act, changes were made to the program. One of the changes effective January 1, 2014, was the method of how eligibility is determined. The Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) was implemented changing the income levels to 168 percent to 302 percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
