Abstract
This legislatively mandated long range plan, "POSITIONING IOWA FOR THE 21st CENTURY: A 20 YEAR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT VISION", reflects a process to prepare for and anticipate the challenges of the next two decades. The plan is broken into six main sections beginning with a review of planning efforts in the past.
