Abstract
Resource management is defined as the means by which government, in conjunction with the private sector, identifies and responds to situations of shortages of vital resources or interruptions of vital services that could affect the safety or well-being of the people of the State of Iowa. The intent of the program is to establish procedures whereby government can assist the private sector in restoring the normal operation and flov1 of goods and services.
