Abstract
The Library Organization Committee was convened at the request of the Governor's Task Force on Efficiencies and Cost Effectiveness in State Government. This report reviews and reports upon the current organization of library services in state government, develops recommendations to reduce the cost of these services and improve the efficiency and effectiveness with which they are delivered.
