Abstract
WITS is a sophisticated system that has been designed to accommodate many types of users and staff. In fact, WITS can be customized by any system administrator to create staff accounts with user specific access and permissions. This translates into a personalized WITS interface whereby the end-user will only have access to the modules, screens and functions which have been assigned to them. As a result of the personalized user interface, end-users will not be distracted by additional screens, modules or functionality which often can reduce productivity and can make a user interface less friendly.
