Abstract
The DHS requires newly hired social work staff to complete the New Worker Training Plans by the timeframes specified for each course. The New Worker Training Plans serve as a roadmap of the training requirements within the first year of hire. These documents also detail the learning modality and number of credit hours associated with each course.
