Abstract
Citizen Participation Plan as it relates to the consolidated planning process for housing and community development programs funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Citizen Participation Plan presents the State’s plan for providing and encouraging all citizens, particularly low- and moderate- income citizens, to participate in the development and adoption of four components of the consolidated planning process.
