Abstract
Between May 19th, 2020-December 31st, 2020, the Iowa Department on Aging contracted with the Iowa Food Bank Association to provide supplemental food items, senior food boxes, and food bags to Iowans age 60+ utilizing $382,827.00 CARES Act COVID-19 relief funds. As a result, 191,206 older Iowans received 1,775,118 pounds of food and 18,668.35 non-food items were purchased.
