Abstract
2019-2020 Legislative session, the Iowa Legislature passed, and Governor Reynolds signed, Iowa Code 510C into law. This legislation requires pharmacy benefit managers (“PBM”) licensed in Iowa to file an annual report with the Insurance Commissioner by February 15th of each year.
