Abstract

The following report to the eighteenth general assembly to consider and report upon the question of the removal of the asylum for feeble minded children at Glenwood whether or not such removal is desirable after a careful examination of the building, ground and adjacent territory and study of the present and future needs and requirements of suck institution respectfully present the following as a majority report.
