Abstract
This edition is current as of FY2021. Changes to IPERS regulations and procedures occur from time to time. IPERS communicates new laws, processes and procedures to employers through employer bulletins. All current bulletins are available on www.ipers.org. Although IPERS makes every attempt to ensure its materials are accurate and up to date, any conflict between the contents of the handbook and law must be resolved in favor of the law.
