Abstract
This manual contains information necessary for providing family planning and reproductive health services as part of the Iowa Department of Public Health Family Planning (FP) program. It provides the basis for the development of business practices and programming for FP services. The manual is intended for use by agencies, which contract with the Iowa Department of Public Health, for federal Title X funds to provide family planning services in local communities. The manual outlines federal and state policies and procedures applicable to all contract agencies. Access to this manual must be available at all clinic sites.
